The Whisker Connect™ app enables users to easily monitor and manage their WiFi-enabled Litter-Robot unit(s) and Feeder-Robot unit(s) all in one convenient location. This app provides valuable data on your cat's litter box usage and feeding habits, granting you full control over your Litter-Robot 3 Connect, Litter-Robot 4, and Feeder-Robot devices right from your smartphone.

Whisker app for the Litter-Robot 3 Connect and Litter-Robot 4:

• View the Waste Drawer Level: Stay aware of the waste drawer level, even when you're away. Monitor it from anywhere.
• Real-Time Status Updates: Enable push notifications to receive timely alerts when your Litter-Robot requires attention. Customize alerts based on cycling, drawer fullness, or unit pause.
• Monitor Your Cat's Litter Box Usage: Gain insights into your cat's health by reviewing usage statistics. Understand your cat's normal behavior to identify potential issues.
• Manage Your Litter-Robot Settings: Personalize settings right from your phone. Adjust wait times, lock the control panel, activate the night light, or schedule sleep mode.
• Connect Multiple Units: Easily connect multiple Litter-Robots or Feeder-Robots to the app. Other members of your household can also connect using the same account.

Whisker app for the Feeder-Robot:

• Customize Multiple Feed Schedules: Take advantage of additional programming options to set up multiple feeding schedules. You can also treat your pet or skip meals with a simple touch.
• See Feeder Status: Receive notifications about low food levels or any issues detected with your automatic feeder.
• Get Feeding Insights: Ensure your pet gets the right amount of food at the right time. Compare weekly and monthly feeding statistics for valuable insights.
• Give Your Pet A Snack: Treat your pet to a snack anytime, anywhere, with just a button press. Snacks are dispensed in one portion increments.
• Connect Multiple Units: Seamlessly connect single or multiple Feeder-Robots or Litter-Robots to the app. Other household members can connect using the same account.

Requirements:

• iOS 13.0 or later is required
• Camera permissions are required for scanning QR codes
• A 2.4GHz connection is necessary (5GHz not supported)
• An IPv4 compatible network is required
• The onboarding process must be completed within 5 minutes
• SSID network names should be under 31 characters
• Network passwords must be between 8-31 characters and should not contain slashes, periods, or spaces (\ / .)
• Robots cannot connect to hidden networks
• The MAC address becomes visible during Feeder-Robot onboarding
• Robots can only connect to secure password-protected networks
• Robots do not utilize shared WiFi network phone features
